8老师您好，一个非常紧急的问题求教。
我申请的是NIW 140， 目前在中国国内工作，美国phd毕业。最近收到RFE信件，必须在9月24日前返回邮件处理，内容最后如下：
Please submit an original and properly completed Application for Permanent Employment Certification (ETA Form 9089, or labor certification) Parts J, K and L, or Application for Alien Employment Certification (ETA-750) Part B (Statement of Qualifications of Alien). You did not submit this evidence with Form I-140. Form I-140 must be supported by and original and properly completed ETA Form 9089, and contain the original signatures of the employer, the beneficiary, and any preparer.
而我本人申请的是NIW I140，不知道为何需要这种表，没有请律师。我朋友同样15年申请的niw，他在美国工作，没有填写这种表，已批。 不知道为何和如何处理？我到底该填哪种表？因为时间只剩几天，非常紧张。恳请8老师给出指示，非常感激。
