最近3-5年不准备回美国常住，是不是1年不回去自动视为放弃绿卡了？

-Because your reentry permit has been approved, technically your green card is still valid, but you still need to have the reentry permit in hand when you return to US.

-If your green card is invalid due to your overstay outside US, your wife can sponsor you to apply for a new green card (do all over again). SB-1 visa does not applies to you.
