请问8老师 （问题太多，先谢谢你了）

我太太替她哥哥和妹妹I-130申请已经current （Jan 10^th, 2003）。我回国工作了，薪水10万美金左右（年），太太就没有上班了。她没有收入，（但我们家庭的收入可以支持他们的移民），会不会影响他们的移民审批。-No.

在经济证明方面，我们需要什么特别的说明吗？

-She files I-864 and you file I-864A together for her brother's entire family immigration.

在2003年递交I-130后，她哥哥离婚了，过后又重组了家庭和有了小孩，但我们没有告诉移民局。现在填visa申请表里，要求将这些都填清楚。现才填会不会影响他本人的移民批准。

-No. He needs to provide the copy of the divorce certificte and the copy of his certificate of his new marriage, and  his child birth certificate.

如果会，他不填这些变化可不可以。

-He must tell the truth.

另外，如果填了，是不是他可以同时办他太太和小孩的移民（和他一起办理）

-Yes. The family can immigrate to US at the same time.

好像办移民要求资产高于贫穷线5倍，由于我妹妹也current了（2003年同时交的I-130）， 我们同时办3个人会不会有麻烦？

-Fine as long as you have enough money.

是不是3个人，就要求3x5倍= 15倍资产，才行呢？ 还是只要5倍资产证明就可办3人了。

另外，同时办3个人， 银行里最低要多少存款才行呢

-Because your salary income is enough, you don't need to use the property (not need to report this kind of information on I-864/I-864A)
