Sponsor F4家庭移民，还在等排期，想提前退休，如果没有固定的工资收入，对被申请人的移民签证有多大影响？ 本人家庭加被担保人算8个吧，如果用资产担保，需要多少？资产担保是不是很容易被拒？谢谢！

If you use the property to support, then it is 5 times of the required amount. For example, if the required amount is $10,000, and your salary is $6,000. Thus, you need to have the property (e.g. bank deposit, house) which value in cash is at least: $4,000 X 5 = $20,000.
