我的H1B 是 2016 3月12日到期，目前在extension申請中， 還沒批，要RFE。

現在雇主想要我換 agent 為了節省錢，請問在這種情況換公司 申請 新的H1B 會不會批準，

-What does agent mean, lawyer?

會不會有名額限製？

-What kind of 名額 do you mean?

  而且我的 PD 是 14年8月 EB2， 即如果申請新的 H1B的批準的話，我的PD

還是 14年 8月吧？

-If the I-140 has been approved, the PD is alway yours and never change.

但是GC 整個過程都要重來。
