请教8老师， H1B transfer 的问题

背景：前段时间LD忽然被裁，在这里问了很多问题，得到了8老师的帮助，非常感激。 托大家的帮助LD现在已经上班，当时紧急找到的一家。现在一直拖着没消息的另一家也来了消息。 所以有了新的问题，又要求助8老师。

A公司： terminated on the end of July；

B公司: H1B transfer filed on the first week of August, still waiting for the result. And start to work at B after H1B was filed.

C公司: Due to family reason, would like to go to C. Then C can start H1B transfer at the end of August.

1. C公司的H1B transfer 能否从 A transfer 到C? A-C transfer 对正在进行中的B-C transfer 会不会有影响？
2. 如果A-B 和A-C 都被approve，是不是就有了两个h1b? 哪个会是有效的h1b?
3. 如果A-B 被approve with I94,  A到C被approve without I94 或者 rejected， 是否会影响被approve的h1b?
4. 如果C公司的transfer 是从B到C， 是否应该等到A-C的完成？短时间之内能否进行两次transfer？会不会留下bad record, 影响绿卡的申请？能有什么补救措施吗？
