非常感谢您的无私帮助，我父母拿绿卡后，现在在美国住了快半年了，他们下个月准备回国，到时候在美国就住了半年多了，但他们不确定什么时候回美，听说白皮书可以让他们在中国多住，请问老师怎么办理？

-If they will return to US within one year, they don't need to apply for reentry permit. Otherwise, they need to apply for it, which allows them to stay in China for > one year < two years.
