谢谢8老师！填130表格时，说要 “legal custody”满2年的证明。

-You need to provide the evidences that you have lived with the child for two years, such as the tax return, health insurance, life insurance, etc. which listed he child as your dependent.

 

“Legal custody may only be granted by a court or recongnized government entity...”请问我怎么弄这个证明呢?

-It is your adoption certificate.
