父母现在在美国，可10月要回去有事情，怕在美国申请来不及等AP. 现在考虑是否回国申请绿卡。有以下问题：
1, 在美申请和在国内申请的处理时间会相差多少？-About one year. 现在大概是多长时间？
2, 在美申请和在国内申请的费用相差多少？-The official fee only: about $460 less in China comparing to in US
3, 国内申请一定会面试，美国不一定，是吗?-Right.
4, 国内申请是否可以用美国的体检报告？ -No.（父母年纪大了，这边体检我带这去方便，国内要自己到医院去挤，比较麻烦）
5，国内申请的手续是否我们在这边都可以帮着操作，他们只需面试就行？-Yes. I suggest they had better apply for it in US, if possible because it is very inconvenient for them to travel to Guangzhou to apply for the immigration visa. They can apply for emergency AP to travel. The only problem is that they need to do the fingerprinting which takes more time to wait.
