我是绿卡，两年前给侄子（10岁）申请了附近的私立学校，侄子申请F1签证填的还是他的原来父母。  签证拿到后我回国在民政局办了收养手续。有收养证明。然后侄子F1来美国。美国任何收养手续都没有办。

之前请教过8老师，说等到共同生活满两年再说。现在已经满两年，准备递交I130。又听到一个朋友建议说我先申请公民，之后交130的同时可以交485. 所以还请8老师答疑解惑：现在交130呢，还是等我半年后公民了再交130？还是doesn't matter。

-It is fine to file I-130 now, but the child can not travel outside US until he gets green card. After you get the US citizen, then you can write a letter to USCIS to request upgrading  the I-130 form F2A to the immediate relative of US citizen and  your adopted child can file I-485 at the same time.

还有，现在交I130，有什么注意的吗？
