现在一般情况下绿卡办下来从头到尾律师费加上交给USCIS 的费用总共是多少啊？

有一个新雇主答应给办绿卡，但是没有什么经验，让我自己给找律师，公司给出钱，觉
得这个deal 不错，我一开始告诉他们办下来估计一万左右，今天聊了一个美国的律师
，感觉费用挺贵，H1-B 办下来就要四五千，

 

有点估计说绿卡办下来要 一万五到两万，

Normally, lawyer fee for H-1B petition: $700 to $1,000, and it is expensive if > $1,000. For PERM based green card (PERM. I-140 and I-485), normally lawyer fee is $3,500 to $5,000, and if >$5,500, it is too expensive. You can contact more lawyers and compare their fees and select a reasonable one.

我有跟新雇主说可能总数要两万五左右，HM 说要问一问大头，因为一开始他们的预算
是一万五左右。我说我也在研究一下 找不同的律师是不是能够省点钱，HM 找我要律师
的信息，我没有给他，想等自己找好了想用的律师再给他。
