请教8老师 H1-B 裁员，Transfer H1-B Labor Application 的时间

前面看8老师回复小猪不倒讲是裁员后30天之内file 了H1-B Transfer 的申请应该问题不大，看完后
觉得有些放心，结果今天和律师谈这事，他说从接受offer， 开始准备到 file 上去至
少要8天的时间，因为 Labor Application 要等移民局审批，这个审批过程要七天。还
说如果公司近几年没办过 H1-B，审批的时间可能更长。这个律师的说法靠谱不？ 有没
有什么靠谱的律师推荐!
