2-3年前，有过2张超速罚单，当时都已交罚款。现在申请公民，N-400表上，要填这2次超速违规吗？

如果要填，item 23-28，哪个 item(s) 需要填“yes" 呢？

-Say "Yes" to item 23 (you were "cited"). Then, in the table of item 29, put "Traffic ticket" in "Why were you....cited.....:, and put "Paid the fine" in "Outcome......." part.
