大学好像HR说，你实际目前还不算有绿卡，发工资可能有问题，上个月下旬入职，也没拿到工资，保险报上去了，也没消息了，到现在都不知道这个月工资是否会发？这种情况是需要移民局办什么证明吗？

-Your HR is wrong. You has been a green card holder from the date you entered US no matter whether you have got the plastic green card or not. The endorsement of your immigrant visa by the CBP officer at the port of entry is the proof of your permanent resident status which is valid for one year.

So, just show the endorsed immigant visa stamp on the passport to your HR to work and get paid. Print the webpage of this link and show it to HR if they do not accept the stamp:
