亲戚来美玩，买了邮轮票却丢失了护照 :( 准备去领馆申请新护照(或申请一个旅行证）。有没有可能用这个新的护照，加上老护照和签证的复印件，再加上向报失的police report，去乘坐邮轮呢？多谢！

-With the new passport, he can leave US for the travel, but he can not reenter US without a valid visa stamp on the passport. The photocopy of the visa will not work. He needs to get the repalcement of visa in China or apply for a new one in the future. See:
