绿卡持有不足5年，提前90天申请入籍有额外的residence要求？

In cases where an applicant has filed early and the required three month period of residence in a State or Service District falls within the required five-year period of continuous residence, jurisdiction for filing will be based on the three-month period immediately preceding the examination on the application.

这段话啥意思啊？（绿卡持有不足5年，提前90天申请入籍的人，辖区的确定由入籍面试前3个月的居住地点确定？）

我的绿卡日期是2011年11月15号，最快可以在2016年8月17号递交入籍申请。（filed early）

我从2015年6月份开始一直定居NJ，打算8月18号就递交入籍申请。（绿卡持有都不满5年，自然the required three month period of residence in a State or Service District falls within the required five-year period of continuous residence）

打完指纹后我计划去泰国工作，但是不会让离开美国的时间超过6个月。（这应该不破坏我在美国居住的连续性，会不会破坏我在NJ居住的连续性呢？）

入籍面试的时候，我打算向移民官解释这段时间在泰国工作是暂时安排，为在美国的进一步发展积累经验。

我想在NJ进行入籍面试，因为据说NJ的入籍面试和宣誓是同一天进行，可以省不少麻烦。在我不在美国的几个月时间内，我需要在NJ维持一个住所（持续交房租作为证明）来保持residence么？

如果我把现在租的房子退了，把单身汉的有限物品塞进小车里，在NJ租一个车库存放小车，再租一个NJ的邮箱接收邮件，还能保持NJ的residence么？
