敬爱的8老师，您好！

我们居住在加州，今年3月我帮父母同时申请了绿卡和回美证，6月份在移民局网上查case status,大致内容是：Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview, we will schedule your interview and send you a notice.

已经一个多月了，我们还没有收到任何有关面试的正式信件，我们去移民局问了，说还需要继续等待。

上周，我们收到了父母的回美证，批准了一年回国的时间。我的问题是：我父母是否应该继续在美国等待绿卡

面试通知，等拿到绿卡之后再回中国？通常要多久移民局才会寄正式的绿卡面试通知给我们？谢谢！非常感谢！

-Your parents can leave US any time before they get green card using the advance parole, but they can not miss the interview. So, they had better conduct the interview before leaving.
