孩子顺利回但美国，海关签证多给了20天，现在孩子h4签证过期是9月上旬，我h1b签证过期在8月中旬，问题如下
1.如果明年签证过期前我不再续h1b签证，我离开美国后，孩子能否在签证期继续留在美国？
