我看加急邮寄和非加急邮寄的地址不一样，递交材料应该两个地址都一样吧，有点草木皆兵了！

-Right. There are two addresses there, one is for regular mail (e.g. first class) which is PO Box, another is for Express Mail (e.g. oevernight) which is received by a live persion to sign it.
