亲爱的8老师，

本人绿卡持有者，2015年6月至今基本在中国，期间回过美国4次（长度，3天到2周不等）。我们计划9月办婚礼，然后老婆以B2身份（去年已办10年B2签证）和我进入美国，我们办美国结婚证，然后我给她办理I-130。她会在我提交申请前回到中国，而我也只能呆6个星期。我本人也需要在6周内提交办理一个I-131，因为我还需要在中国呆一年左右。

问题1：我给她办理的I-130会不会有问题？因为距离她以B2进入美国不超过2个月时间，当然提交时她已经回到中国？

-Fine. You can file I-130 any time after you get married no matter where your spouse is present physcailly.

问题2：提交了I-130后，我是不是必须常驻在美国，直到她的I-130获批？

-Not need. You had better indicate in the I-130 that she will apply for immigrant visa in the US Consulate in Guangzhou, China.

问题3：提交了I-130后，我可不可以回到中国，然后在她排期到前回到美国？

-She had better apply for the immigrant visa in China (see above anwer).

问题4：我的I-131申请会不会影响她的I-130申请？

-Irrelevant.

问题5：提交她的I-130申请会不会影响她明年申请美国F1学生签证？

-Probbally yes because immigrant intent (F2A only need less than two years to get the immigrant visa).
