-You need to get the H-1 quota (H-1B名额 ) for working for private company, and the competition for H-1B quota is very strong and it absolute ly depends on how lucky you are. If you work for a college/university or non-profit research institution, you don't need a H-1B quota, just like you do currently.

-Not affect it. H-1 holder is allowed to have immigrant intent.
