8老師，您好！我現在是F-1簽證持有者，我愛人是綠卡持有者，我們都在美國境內，我現在準備遞交I-485表，請問在I-485表的申請類別中，我應該勾選a類還是b類？I-485表格的申請類型以及I-485表說明中的申請類型解釋已附圖。麻煩您抽空回答一下。謝謝！

-Is your I-485 filing based on your spouse's I-130 (i.e. your spouse is the sponsor)? If yes, then select "a. An immigrant petition giving me....". Provide the copy of the I-130 approval notice if I-130 was approved or the copy of  I-130 receipt notice if I-130 is pending.
