尊敬的8老师，

我前一段时间准备和递交了材料（I130和I485），最近收到移民局的信要求修改（request for Initial Evidence （I485).

两项内容都是关于I864的：1） Form I 864， Affidavit of support，was submitted, however, page 3, part 4 of the petitioner/sponsor's Form I864 list someone other than the petitioner/sponsor or page 3, part 4 is blank.

我认真检查了一下，我确实漏填了第三页左边关于丈夫的姓名，右边和第四页他的信息都填了。

-Fill your spouse's name in 1a to 1c of Part 4 in a new completed I-864.

2） Form I864 was submitted from a joint sponsor, however, the names listed on Page 1 and page 3 are not the same.

我漏填了第三页关于丈夫的姓名，是不是因此造成page 1 and page 3 names list 不符？我不明白为何说I864 was submitted from a joint sponsor? I checked 1a in Part 1 under my husband's name. 我自己有工作收入，但是他的收入超过规定的收入很多，我们决定由他一人担保这样可以省麻烦提交多人的材料。

-It seems there was a mistake when you filled out the form. in Part 1, your spouse's name should be filled  as "I, XXX (your spouse's anme)", then select "1a. I am the Petitioner....".

In Part 3,  Question 1 "I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in Part 2", select "Yes",, and all of the other questions blank in Part 3.

So, just fix the mistake in a new completed I-864 and mail it to USCIS for the response to the RFE.
