请教8老师：

我4月laid off, 公司说在5月7日会撤销我的H1B. 我在5月3日申请了B2. 之后找到了新的工作，新的公司在5月底交了H1B transfer， 但没有用premium processing， 我也和律师说了我的B2申请。 6月初的时候公司又决定用premium processing，律师说我的B2 算是 bridge 申请，当他收到premium processing 的确认信时， 会和USCIS说一块处理两个申请 （我不知道他有没有联系USCIS)。现在两个申请都被approve 了， 两个都给了I-94，notice date 和 valid date 的开始日期都一样，只是B 2 给了半年，H1B 有3 年。请问我现在是什么status， 是H1B override B2 么？如果是，我还要做什么么？ 如果不是，我下一步应该做什么？

-It seems you had two status (B-2 and H-1B) because these two applications were approved at thge same time/day, but technically you can not have two status at the same time, so it is your choice which status you want to have. If you work for the employer with the H-1B status, your status will be H-1B, not B-2 which will be invalid automatically because B-2 holder can not work. Otherwise, if you don't work, then your H-1B will be invalid, and your sttaus will be B-2. So, you just work for the employer to keep your H-1B status.
