Sorry. I couldn't type Chinese on this machine. I double checked with my friend. Actually he already joined the current company, which is doing I-140 amending for him. In this situation, if he joins a new company and does H1-B transfer, is it fine?

-Yes.

How will this change impact his GC case?

-His new employer needs to sponsor his green card and does the same procedure all over again (e.g. file new PERM, new I-140, etc.). But he can use the old I-140 priority date as the new I-140 priority date.
