485要面试了，130还没批

尊敬的8老师，我今年二月为父母申请了绿卡，I130和I485同时交的。他们的485面试是在这个星期四，但是I130还没批。USCIS的网上显示“On February..., we received your Form I-130..., and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case." 请问8老师，他们马上就要485面试了，130还没批，这个正常吗？

以前也因为父母绿卡在这里向8老师咨询过。非常感谢8老师的无私奉献！
