我在几年前入了美国籍， 入籍时小孩都不到18岁， 持中国护照和绿卡。

现在小孩满18岁了， 明年绿卡就到期， 需要renew. 请问这种情况移民局是把他们当美国公民看待呢， 还是把他们当绿卡看待？ 他们在去年和今年持绿卡回中国两次， 往返都没有问题。有点担心他们的绿卡能否成功renew.

-Probably the green card renewal application will not be approved because technically your child has been a US citizen and USCIS will find it when they process the I-90. So, your child had better just either apply for the US passport directly or file N-600 to get the US Citizenship Certificate.
