关于Part 11 第23个问题：Have you ever been arrestd, cited, or detained by any law enforcement offcer (including any and all immigration offficials or the U.S.Armed Forces ) for any reason?

我在N400 上选择回答 No。

我过去只有交通罚单，超速，走错线和fix，警告的罚单，所有的罚单我都处理了，交了罚款，和按时间修复。

问题是：我怎么回答这个问题？

-You should answer "Yes", then fill the information in Item# 29, such as "Traffic tichet" in "Why....";   "Paid the fine" in "Outcome....".

Of course, if you have filed the N-400 already with saying "No', it should also be fine (no big deal). If the VO asks during the inertiview, just explain it.
