谢谢老师！！我的主要顾虑就是移民局会不会因为律师问题说我之前被批准的revoke？或者更惨的是几年后等我去交485才告诉我当年的批准无效或者需要补交材料重新审理？
-You worry too much. Your employer is the sponsor, not the lawyer who just prepared the documents and nothing more. Unless there was fraud on the I-140 filing, your I-140 will not be revoked.
背景是我2013 Opt 期间办理了为期两年的培训签证H3, 2014夏天打广告，年底的priority date, 2015 转为了H1B,2016的1月拿到140批准, 期间一直在同一个公司工作，身份一直合法，没有gap. 整个过程中最大的坎是H3补交了材料后批准，之后来了一封信说要revoke,要求补相关资料，又补了一次获批。之后H1 补交一次材料后获批，绿卡非常顺利，每一步都大半年后获批，没有任何为难。一朝被蛇咬，最怕revoke. 非常感谢8老师的回复，
我问了一家新的律师，他说可能会有可能要通过一个特殊的申请或者处理去说明一下我的情况，我很怀疑。
