我同时申请两姐妹移民，为啥只收到姐的担保费发票120刀，刚付了。

-Do you mean the AOS (I-864) fee? It is correct that you only need to pay one fee if the priority dates of  your both of I-130s for your two sisters are the same (i.e. NVC process both cases at the same time).

没收到妹的那份，想在网上付，但签证中心的网页无显示，付不了。咋办？
