在2009年，我担保儿子绿卡 (F2B）, 1年后, 他结婚了。
在2015年，我再次担保 结婚的儿子(F3）。上星期，NVC  安排他面试 (F2B). 面试官拒绝了他的GC申请，但仍然要求我儿子提供 结婚通知的证明。 他什么意思? 我该怎么办?

-Just provide what the VO asked. Because your child got married before you became a US citizen, the F2B I-130 was completely void (equal to that you never filed that I-130). So, the VO checked the case carefully during they processed your child's visa application, and found the problem I mentioned. Now the IO wants your child to provide the marriage certificate so that the VO can verify whether your child''s marriage occurred before you became a US citrizen. If yes, they will send the case back to USCIS and request USCIS to revoke your F2B I-130.

Your child and his wife (and his child) only can wait for your F3 I-130 priority date to be current to apply for his immigrant visa about 10 years later. Your child even can not use the F2B I-130 priority date (PD) as the new F3 I-130 PD.
