我孩子申请新护照，原只有一中文名字，想再加一个英文名字在新护照上，觉得通过法院改名字较麻烦，请各位老师指点有什么其它办法？ 非常感谢。

-You had better consult the passport application agency/organization (e.g. post office) to see what document needed for the passport renewal wirh adding a new name.
