F1 毕业后，用H1B在学校工作一段时间，续H1B 被拒，转申请J1 被拒。F2 身份在美国停留6年，现再办J1. 大概是最最幸运也恐怕是最后一次机会了。实在惶恐，请问如何做才最有可能得到鉴证？

-I don't know why your J-1 was denied (it is strange) reason/factor still exists at this time, then it is possible to have the same problem. You may just consult an immigrant lawyer (not need to hire).

是否应请私人律师？如果想请私人律师，也不知大学是不是允许？
