Dear 8老师，

今天上移民局网站查到我和LD的485都 approve了，首先想在此感谢8老师一路以来的答疑解惑。

其次还有几个问题想请教8老师：

1.LD带baby本周回中国探亲。现在只是在网上查到485approve,并没有收到approval notice和actual green card.之前给小孩办的travel document.现在这种情况是不是属于绿卡通过了，这样小孩仍然可以拿travel document入境中国吗？

-Yes. Your child needs the Chinese Travel Document to travel to China becuase he/she was born before you got the green card. But yor spouse needs to get the green card stamp on the passport in the local USCIS Office to travel. green card yet.

还是需要加急办visa才能入境？

-No visa is needed now or in the future.

2.因为还没有收到绿卡，LD是不是用EAD/AP combo card入境，需要什么其他材料吗？

-Bring the passport and the I-485 approval proof (print it out online).

3. 拿到绿卡以后需要通知人事部更新i-9吗

-Yes. Show the green card to HR and they will deal with it.

还是什么也不用做？
