绿卡为成年未婚子女填I-130表格的问题

帮有绿卡的母亲填表I-130，给国内的妹妹办亲属移民。 妈妈是petitioner, 表格中的14项问：

14. If you are a lawful permanent resident alien, complete the following:

Date and place of admission for or ajustment to lawful permanent residence and class of admission.

这个时间地点，应该填什么？我们住在san diego, 所以填绿卡上的resident since的时间， 和 san diego? 还有class of admission 又是什么意思？是绿卡上的category： IR0 吗？
