8老师，您好！我前年在美国申请485调整身份，配偶在国内没有办理。我现在在美国已拿到绿卡，但暂时没有工作。请问我没工作可以为国内配偶申请绿卡吗？

-Yes, but you had better find a job as soon as possible. If your marriage exsited before you get the green card, you can file I-824 for your spouse to apply for the immigrant visa in China, which may take one to two years, case by case. Otherwise, you need to file I-130 which takes much longer time.
