现在有一个马上到手的offer，可不可以问老板：

1. 他们能否考虑按EB1-B类办理绿卡？

2. 这个问法是否唐突？是否应该问老板：如果对我的工作满意，能否考虑走下一步？

3. 最近EB1-B最近的进展情况，有人能够提供情况吗？

4. 在换签证（H，无绿卡申请）过程中，我如果回国，是否被拒绝签证的可能性大？

-Don't think there is any risk. You need to get the H-1 transfer approval, and then use the H-1 approval to apply for the H-b visa in China.

5. 现在普通的工作签证transfer大约需要多长时间？

-About three months. 15 days if using premium processing.

6. 替朋友问，他人在国内，是否可以找美国律师办理NIW？

-Yes.

现在一般多久可以下来？

-Case by case. Hard to say.

但是一旦办下来，他必须有工作才可以申请身份，那么从申请下来到找到工作，法律允许多长时间的gap？

-Seeking job or work is irrelevant to the NIW I-140. He needs to apply for H-1 to work if he find a job in US.

7. 最后一个天真问题：坛头上老土和张律师他们提的鼓舞人心的新移民提案估计何时可以变成法律条文？
