在过去的一年，得到8老师的诸多帮助，感激之情无以言表。由于单位办的非常少，在此过程中，8老师的指点是我在心灵痛苦挣扎中，看到一丝亮光，一汪清泉。

给我们全家以希望和信心！过年了，向8老师拜年，祝老师全家幸福安康，心想事成！

一路走来，终于要交485了，几个问题请教8老师

1）老婆现在怀孕了，六月生老二，那体检怎么办，听说要打疫苗，孕妇不能打。可以一起file 485么？

-Yes. She may just conduct the physical exam without vaccine injection, and tell the Dr. about her pregnancy, then the DR. will make a note in the I-693. Thus, USCIS will process her I-485, and will send her RFE for the vaccine result after her delivery. If she does not provide the I-693, then USCIS may send her RFE very soon, and if she does not provide the I-693 for the RFGE, her I-485 may be denied.

2）8老师建议第一次交485就做好体检么，因为有效期是1年，这个以后RFE再体检可不可以，怎么样好？

3）个人在大学第四年入党，为了好找工作，后来进入地方政府工作。10年前来到美国，没有啥联系了，按党章就算退党。我照实说能拿到绿卡么？我查了移民法，说为改善生活，退党5年以上的，不影响拿卡。

-Yes, but you need to provide a statement to explain it (e.g. why you joined the Party, and when you quitted, etc.). Google to find the sample letter.

即便有影响，因为有美国公民子女，最后也会被批准。8老师是这样么？

4）认识人有隐瞒党员身份三个月拿卡的（EB1),他说没有必要说，移民局不查。8老师怎么看这个问题。移民局真的背景调查不查党员的事么？

-You had better tell the truth.

5）485的处理先后是按PERM 排期，还是交485先后啊？

-Both.
