我们情况稍微复杂一些。

孩子和太太在加拿大数年，已是加公民。我在美国，分居数年，２０１４年初我拿到美国绿卡后，给太太办的Consular process，我的问题是:

如果签证官问你们为什么分开那么多年?。

应该如何回答？哪些话不应该说？

-Don't think they will ask this kind of question. If asked, just say it takes too long time for your wife and child to get the immigrant visa, and that is why your family do not get renunion yet .
