尊敬的8老师, 准备填I-864,但我的情况可能有点麻烦, 我之前没有工作,但和老公有联合报税,由于家庭变故我给您也发过悄悄话, 而我的前三年的税表刚好没什么收入属于贫困, 最近才开始工作,收入可以达到担保的要求.但目前是Contract工作.

我这样的情况怎样做可以担保父母绿卡? 请8老师指教.

-If your income is enough, then it should be fine. Provide the proof of your income such as the employment verification letter from your employer, etc. If you don't have enough money, you need to find a joint sponsor.
