如果是B2签证，孩子可以一直跟我们待两年吗？还是只能半年半年的待（中间必须回国）？
-The child may extend B-2 status. If the child does not extend the B-2 status in US, he/she still can stay in US even if he/she has no legal status after the B-2 status expires. Because teh child is too young (< 18), his/her stay is not counted as unlawful presence.
如果父母双方都只是绿卡，不办公民，那两年后可以给孩子申请绿卡吗，
-Yes. But the child has to go to China to apply for the immigrant visa to come back to become a green card holder when the priority date is current.
还是一定有一方得是公民？
-If one of the adopting parents becomes a US citizen, the child can file I-485 to get the green card within US, not need to go to China to get the immigrant visa.
现在我先生在申请公民，已按了指纹，请问现在我们可以给孩子填申请表了吗？
-No. The child has to live toegther with you and your spouse for two years, then you can be qualifed for sponsoring his/her green card.
