本人h1b签证2015年8月已到期,律师申请了延期但目前还没获批.现在EAD/AP在手.最近有急事须去加拿大,那么回美国的话就必须用AP卡了.我的担心是,一旦使用AP我的h1b身份就会失效,

那么等到h1b延期获批以后我还有没有可能把h1b身份续上呢?
