我正在填表（I１３０和I４８５)申请婚姻绿卡。如果我自己在美国申请了绿卡，我女儿（１２岁）在国内按照您说的可以直接file I824申请移民。

1. 如果我先申请，她不久来美国，我还可以帮她file I130 and I485, is that right?

-Yes and this is better/simple way. She had better apply for H-4 visa to enter US before you get the green card.

2. 如果她在国内我帮她申请，before I file I824 for her, what should I do? Do I have to file I130 for her at first?

--Because you apply for green card through marriage, your spouse's need to file I-130 for your child, not I-824.
