我是美国公民，我想把我老公和他的女儿（12岁）办移民来美国，如果他们观光签证过来美国的话，他女儿可以在美国转身份吗？

-Technically, yes, but it is not good.

如果他们不先来美国，我在这里帮他们办，大概要等多久时间才可以过来美国？

-Nomrally one to two years, case by case. But if he applies for K-3 visa and the child applies or K-4 visa, then they can come to US faster.
