我妈在几年前B1签证来过一次美国，明年想再来，结果去中信银行一问，除了签证费用$160，还要交手续费900人民币！！

但朋友父母在南京中信办的一分钱手续费都没交。。。

我想问下除了去当地中信银行还有别的途径吗？

-She can go to the US Consulate to apply for it directly (take the interview there), not has to use 中信银行免面签服务. It  is very reasonable to pay the 手续费 if she uses 中信银行免面签服务.
