绿卡持有者，最近七年每年美国来回两次共住一个月左右，去年刚换了新绿卡，家人是美籍，住美国，有房，每年报税，但最近入关时，被警告要取消绿卡，想请问，
1，如果下次拿绿卡再次入关被取消绿卡，会不会被送回，以后拿签证有没有问题？
-You have better apply for reentry permit. If no, your green card will be cancelled when you reenter US. The CBP officer may ask you to abandon the green card and issue you B-2 status to enter US, or you may go to the immigration court to depend your green card status if you don't give it up voluntarily at the port of entry.
2, 如果现在主动去领馆取消绿卡，拿签证可以吗？
-Fine.
