请问递交入美籍申请前，必须在一个州定居满3个月么？

如果是的话，怎么证明在该州住满了3个月呢？

-Go to the local DMV Office to update your address immediately after you move, and apply for your driver license to the new State (if you want). Provide the copy of the lease, untility bills, insurance, driver license, etc. in the new State.

从在该州租房算起，还是从换成该州驾照算起？
