我领养孩子的时候还是绿卡，成为公民后将孩子带入美国，为他申请绿卡，现在批了。以后为他申请公民的花，是要两年就可以，还是要等18岁？

-Not different. Just file N-600 to get the Certificatre of Citizenship or directly apply for the US passport.

另外，他还没有SSN，怎样申请呢，用绿卡就可以吗？

-Yes and go to the local SSA Office to apply for it. He/she may not appy for it until get the US citizenship certiticate or US passport. Thus, he/she does not need to update the SSN card again. Up to you, anyway.
