另外，485 提交180天后不就可以自由转换工作了吗？我07年7月递交，11年1月才拿到绿卡。
-Normally you need to have intent to work for the green card sponsor after you get the green card. If you worked for the employer for > 6 months before you got the green card or after you got the green card, normally it should be considered to have the intent. But if you never worked for the employer, then possibly USCIS might question whether you had such intent when the employer sposnored you the I-140.
