请问8老师，我为我弟弟一家申请亲属移民（F4），申请日期是2004年1月5日，批准日期是2009年12月10日。弟弟小孩去年12月满21岁(1993年生日）。前二天刚收到NVC的信，开始process 我们的case，让我们付费和交一些经济担保等证明。请问：

 

1. 我弟弟小孩虽然超龄，但他CSPA age 小于21岁，所以还是可以跟我弟弟一起来。对吗？

-Right.

2.但在fill DS-261 表(Online Choice of Address and Agent)时发现只列了我弟和弟媳，没有小孩，这对吗？要问移民局吗？

-Ask NVC to add the child into the case, and send the V fee invorce  for the child.

3. 只要在DS-260 把小孩填上就可以了，还是要通知移民局小孩CSPA age小于21岁？

-NVC will caculate it after you request to add the child.
